Chao Shoubo

Chao Shoubo joined CanSino Biologics in May 2018 as Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer, primarily responsible for the company's daily operational management and strategic development. Additionally, Dr. Chao oversees the company's Production Center and Quality Center. Prior to joining CanSino, from January 2008 to April 2018, Dr. Chao served as Vice President and Senior Vice President at AstraZeneca plc. Between June 2014 and June 2016, he held the positions of President and Board Member of the Chinese Biopharmaceutical Association-USA (CBA). With over 30 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, Dr. Chao brings a wealth of expertise to his role.
