Liu Qinghua

Vice President and Chief Engineer of Aerospace Shenzhou Biotechnology Group Co., Ltd.

Liu Qinghua is the Vice President and Chief Engineer of Aerospace Shenzhou Biotechnology Group Co., Ltd., as well as a senior researcher. He specializes in the development of space biological experimental equipment, satellite development, planetary protection, and space biotechnology R&D. With extensive experience in spacecraft development, space technology research, and spacecraft project management, he has contributed to the development of the Shenzhou spacecraft and the Chang'e-2 lunar probe's close flyby mission to the 4179 Toutatis asteroid. He served as Assistant Chief Commander of the Mars probe project, participating in the development of China's first Mars exploration mission and the planning of asteroid exploration missions. He successfully led the development, launch, operation, and recovery of China's first recoverable microgravity science experiment satellite, the SJ-10 satellite, while pioneering cost-effective development and product reuse initiatives. Liu Qinghua has been honored with the National Management Innovation Achievement Award (Second Prize) and recognized as an "Outstanding Young Professional" and "Skilled Technician" by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC). His research publications include "Research on System Maturity of Complex Development Projects"and "Integrated Management of Cross-Domain Spacecraft Products Based on Maturity Evaluation."
